Clean eating : 3 winter main meals recipe

Seared salmon and peas and mint purée

(For 4 people)

Ingredients :

  • 4 thick portions of salmon

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • chervil

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 500g peas

  • 1 tablespoon of cream

  • 5 mint leaves

Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil in a heated frying pan. Fry the salmon for 5-6 minutes or a bit more if you like it more cooked.

Put your peas and a few mint leaves in a blender and add half a glass of water. Blend until the mixture turns into a puree. Add the butter and the cream and salt and pepper. Blend for 10 seconds.

Spinach and brie quiche

(For 4 people)

Ingredients :

  • shortcut pastry

  • 100g of brie

  • 2 tablespoons of cream

  • 4 eggs

  • 400g of frozen spinach

  • salt, pepper, nutmeg ground

Preheat your oven at 200°C. Prepare the spinach as indicated on the package. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the eggs and the cream together in a bowl. Add the spinach.

Beef wok and capsicum

(For 4 people)

Ingredients :

  • 250g of rice

  • 400g of beef

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 onion

  • soy sauce, sesame oil

  • salt and perpper

Cook your rice as indicated on the package. Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces. Heat a wok with a bit of oil and add the capsciums. Add the onions and some soy sauce and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Cut the beef in small pieces and add it to the wok. Add two tablespoons of soy sauce and two of oil.

When the meat is cooked, add the rice and a bit more soy sauce. Leave on for 3 more minutes.
